Basic Info:
I am a 25 year old gamer based out of Montana, I primarily enjoy 2 genres: fantasy RPG, and strategy. I started this blog because, aside from a passion for gaming, I have a passion for writing, drawing, and creative work in general. I also like to read fantasy and sci-fi. I am spiritually, but not religiously inclined as well, which I expect to be the focus of my next blog.
About my Druid:
I’m not close to the highest you can get, but in mostly Naxx 25 and some Ulduar 10 gear I’m sitting at a respectable 4k DPS on dummy, and a good 5k on stationary raid fights with pally, DK, and shammy usually in the raid. I run Ulduar 10 right now 3 nights a week, we have Flame Leviathan 3 towers on farm and every titan except Mimiron at least once. I fully expect Mimiron to fall soon. We also farm the first few bosses in 25 man once a week. Once in awhile, when called upon, I also tank. Though owing mostly to the number of other tanks available, this is not usually something I am often asked of in a raid. I think they’ve just started discovering my big secret: I’m actually very good at AoE threat in many situations.
Game-wise, I absolutely loved Starcraft and Age of Wonders, which are in the category of ‘oldie but goodie’. I played Everquest but only toward the end of it’s life. I played UO for awhile on player made shards. Then I joined vanilla WoW. I was slow and didn’t start raiding until Burning Crusades. I found a guild that played casually, at the time I joined they were the most populated guild on the server, which is why I looked for them online and when I learned about them I decided they were perfect. They raided and were active, had a strong base, they were serious about content but also casual in style. They started new chapters in different MMO’s and gave their members a home away from home. They sounded like a really good group and I am glad I joined. Currently I play on the PvE realm Uther, alliance side, with Safe Haven. I help as an officer there, keep the vault organized and occasionally lead raids or handle Master Looter.
